Christopher W. Geer
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Four Mile Capital and Kalos Residential, Chris leads corporate strategy and oversees property and asset management operations across every community Kalos manages. As co-chair of Four Mile Capital's investment committee, he helps guide which properties the firm acquires, keeping Kalos's growth aligned with its investment and management standards. Additionally, Chris leads Four Mile’s investor relations efforts, driving the equity capitalization for investments that become Kalos-managed communities.
Prior to co-founding Four Mile Capital and Kalos, Chris led two other real estate management and acquisition firms. In 2008, he founded Aspen Property Management, which he grew from 0 to more than 6,500 residential units under management in just four years. In 2013, he merged Aspen with another firm and became CEO of Haven Property Managers & Advisors, a property management and real estate acquisitions firm. In 2016, Chris sold his interest in Haven to co-found Four Mile Capital. A former corporate attorney, Chris holds law licenses in Colorado and Virginia.
Chris received his B.A. with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001, and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Richmond in 2006. Today, he resides in Colorado with his wife and three children.

Ryan Atkin
President
As President of Four Mile Capital and Kalos Residential, Ryan leads Four Mile Capital's investment efforts, overseeing strategy, acquisitions, and dispositions, decisions that directly shape which communities join and exit the Kalos portfolio. As co-chair of the Investment Committee, he drives the exploration of new investment opportunities, helping ensure every acquisition aligns with the standard Kalos holds for property management. Ryan is also responsible for key aspects of Kalos property management efforts, and supports Four Mile investor relations activities.
Prior to joining Four Mile Capital, Ryan was the Founder and Managing Principal of Drive Capital Group, a start-up real estate company focused on investing in value-add residential and commercial real estate in select secondary and tertiary markets nationally. Prior to Drive, Ryan was Vice President of Acquisitions and Partner at Real Capital Solutions in Louisville, CO, where he spent nearly 12 years acquiring and capitalizing over $2.0 billion of commercial and residential real estate investments across the United States. Ryan has also held positions in commercial real estate lending and equity capital markets, including with Zions Bancorporation in Salt Lake City and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in New York City.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University. In his free time, Ryan enjoys mountain biking, skiing, sports, and exploring new places and menus with his wife and three children.

Zach Salinas
Director of Finance
Zach is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations across all owned Kalos Residential properties and corporate accounting for Four Mile Capital. His background in multifamily and mixed-use real estate includes substantial experience in financial reporting and analysis, corporate and property accounting, asset management, and acquisitions for multiple Colorado-based private real estate investment firms.
An 8-year veteran of the real estate industry, Zach’s prior work spans a diverse set of roles, asset classes, investment strategies, and geographies. Most recently, Zach was responsible for asset management of a portfolio of 2,040 institutional-grade multifamily units across the Sunbelt and Denver Front Range, valued at ~$500MM.
Zach earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to his professional interests, Zach enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Allison Evans
Regional Manager
Allison oversees a portfolio of multifamily communities, providing strategic leadership to onsite teams while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term asset value. She partners closely with executive leadership to execute business plans, enhance property performance, and deliver exceptional resident experiences across her portfolio.
With seven years in multifamily property management, Allison started as a leasing agent and advanced through onsite and regional roles, building expertise in portfolio operations, budgeting, revenue optimization, team development, and capital improvements. Her background in owner-managed real estate has sharpened her focus on aligning daily operations with investment objectives to create lasting value for both residents and ownership.
Known for her collaborative, hands-on leadership style, Allison is passionate about building high-performing teams and implementing strategies that foster accountability and deliver measurable results.
Originally from Texas and a Colorado resident for nearly two decades, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, riding motorcycles, reading and watching movies.

Rakisha Rightmire
Regional Manager
Rakisha oversees a portfolio of multifamily communities, directing site-level teams, managing budgets, coordinating capital projects, and driving financial performance across her assets.
With over 10 years of experience across residential, commercial, and general operations management, Rakisha has managed teams of seven or more across multiple properties simultaneously, with expertise spanning budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, capital projects, and Fair Housing compliance. She is a two-time recipient of the Greater Iowa Apartment Association's Pinnacle Award for Property Manager of the Year (2022 and 2024).
Originally from Las Vegas, Rakisha relocated to Iowa during the pandemic before moving to Colorado, where she now lives. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, golfing, cooking, and spending time with her kids.
