After nearly eight years of relying on third-party management partners, we saw an opportunity to improve our portfolio's performance by taking management in-house.
Kalos, the in-house property management division of Four Mile Capital, was formed to raise the bar for resident experience and property performance across Four Mile's portfolio of multifamily assets. In multifamily operations, great performance starts with great people at every level of our organization – so finding the right people, and then investing in their growth, is the foundation of our management strategy. We created Kalos with one goal in mind: to be the best multifamily owner/operator in the country.
